1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Annaswaad ("we", "us", "our", or "Company"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Annaswaad website, mobile application, digital storefront, and customer support channels. By accessing our platform, registering an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using our platform and services.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use our digital storefront and place orders, you must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the platform under the direct supervision of a parent or lawful guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

• Passwordless OTP Authentication: We utilize secure One-Time Password (OTP) verification via your mobile number for login and registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile device and OTP credentials.
• Account Integrity: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete delivery and contact information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent information, engage in abusive behavior, or violate applicable laws.

3. Product Descriptions, Pricing & Availability

Annaswaad specializes in authentic food products, spices, and culinary goods. We strive to present accurate product descriptions, weights, ingredient lists, and pricing across our platform.

• Pricing & Taxes: All listed prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Delivery and courier charges are calculated and displayed separately during checkout.
• Illustrative Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product packaging, labeling, colors, and presentation may vary due to natural ingredient variations or packaging enhancements.
• Stock & Modifications: All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to modify product offerings, adjust pricing, or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders, Payment & Contract Formation

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the price or stock. A binding contract of sale is formed only after your order is verified, successfully paid for, and dispatched by our warehouse team.

• Payment Gateway (Razorpay): All online payments (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, and Wallets) are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. Annaswaad does not store sensitive banking credentials on its servers.
• Order Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing typographical errors, suspected fraud, or unserviceable delivery postal codes. In such events, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content featured on the Annaswaad platform—including text, graphics, logos, button icons, product photography, audio clips, digital downloads, and software architecture—is the exclusive property of Annaswaad or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, scrape, or exploit any portion of our platform without our express written consent.

6. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Annaswaad platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to interfere with network security, bypass rate limits, or execute brute-force OTP verification attacks.
• Submitting fraudulent refund requests, chargeback abuse, or fabricated delivery disputes.
• Posting defamatory, abusive, or malicious product reviews or comments.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Annaswaad, its directors, officers, employees, and logistics partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, order delays, or product consumption.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Annaswaad from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our digital storefront.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of Annaswaad shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
