1. Pan-India Logistics & Coverage

Annaswaad ("we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to delivering fresh, authentic culinary products and spices across India. We partner with India's leading tier-1 logistics and courier service providers—including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, DTDC, and India Post—to ensure safe, hygienic, and prompt door-to-door delivery across serviceable PIN codes.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

We adhere to strict warehouse packing and quality inspection workflows before dispatching any food order:

• Standard Dispatch Window: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on working days are processed and dispatched from our Agra fulfillment center within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Weekend & Holiday Processing: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, or national public holidays will be processed on the immediately following business day.
• Quality Check: Every spice jar and food package undergoes a final seal integrity and batch expiration check prior to dispatch.

3. Estimated Transit Timelines

Once dispatched from our warehouse, estimated transit times depend on your geographical destination:

*Note: While our logistics partners maintain a 98% on-time delivery record, unforeseen delays caused by severe weather conditions, local transport strikes, or regional festival traffic are beyond our direct operational control.

4. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery Thresholds

• Free Standard Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all qualifying orders above INR 499 (or as advertised during promotional campaigns).
• Nominal Courier Fee: For orders below the free delivery threshold, a nominal flat courier fee (ranging from INR 40 to INR 80 based on package weight and destination) is calculated dynamically and displayed transparently on the checkout page prior to payment.

5. Order Tracking & Dispatch Alerts

We believe in complete transparency. The moment your package is scanned by our courier partner, you will receive an automated notification via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email containing your unique Airway Bill (AWB) Tracking Number and a direct real-time tracking link. You can also track your shipment live by navigating to your Account Orders section.

6. Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Packages

Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts before marking a package as undeliverable.

• Customer Availability: Please ensure that a responsible individual is available at your delivery address to receive the package and provide signature verification if required.
• Address Accuracy: You are responsible for entering complete postal address details (including house number, landmark, and valid 6-digit PIN code). If a shipment is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges may apply for a second dispatch attempt.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery & Damaged Shipments

We strongly advise customers to inspect the outer shipping carton before signing the courier delivery receipt. If the outer box appears crushed, tampered with, or severely damaged, please take clear photos/videos immediately and follow our 48-hour claim protocol outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
